Job Description : The OPEX Lead will spearhead operational excellence/process improvement initiatives and drive various initiatives to standardize, optimize and automate processes.

Client Details : A leading manufacturing company within its respective space in India and a leading manufacturer globally. Listed on the BSE/NSE With revenue exceeding 6 billion USD and servicing more 60 manufacturing plans

Description :

The OPEX Lead will be responsible to :

- Spearhead Operational excellence/process improvement initiatives

- As part of the Business Transformation team, lead many of the excellence initiatives

- Lead business excellence, process excellence, strategic operations

- Stakeholder management along with CXOs of various businesses

Profile :

- Experience in Finance Transformation for a shares service centre (SSC) or for a CFO's finance organisation

- Experience working with one of the Big 4 consultancy firms, Accenture or similar

- Experience in implementing frameworks and solutions to standardize control & optimize finance processes

- Experienced with stakeholder and change management

- Exposure to projects using lean six sigma methodology, being certifies an advantage

- MBA - Finance or a CA
