A Leading foreign bank is looking to hire candidates with 10-20 years of experience in network operations.
Job Description:
- Provide Senior Level Oversight and Direction for Onshore and Offshore MNS L0/L1 & L2 Support teams.
- Direct the regional Ops Network Leads in support of managing the MNS service. Ensure Operational processes supporting Incident, Change and Problem Management continue to be developed and improved are consistently applied globally.
- Monitor forward state of the environment through effective pro-active processes including Service Run Books, Availability, Capacity and Performance management.
- Provide management escalation and communication to internal business units and senior stakeholders on critical service impacting incidents. Ensure regional processes are in place and effective.
- Manage and develop globally consistent metrics and reporting to assist in effective analysis and decision making
- Develop and maintain effective global network monitoring and tools strategy to support auto-recovery, fast identification of issues and root cause and continuous improvement through automation.
- Ensure issues are managed to root cause and remediation actions are scheduled and completed.
- Ensure detailed service documentation ('As Built' and Run Books) are developed and in place to a globally consistent standard.
- Develop Internal Staff and capabilities; provide input and oversight on MNS resource skills capability and development.
- Provide Input into Network Engineering to support development of service strategy and development.
