They are looking for a Monetization Lead to drive profitability through process and planning
Job Description - Working closely with the Sales Team and Agencies to drive product sales innovation strategy and grow sales numbers
- Strategic role primarily focusing towards Sales planning which is Market mapping and Competitor analysis followed by Distribution planning and Target setting
- Financial responsibility of working closely on Product Pricing, Product structuring besides Incentive Schemes
- Continuous monitoring and provide innovative inputs for the Product profitability and drive the business within SMB circles
- Taking care of the Sales Operations by setting up Sales process, packaging of products
- Design & Implement sales incentive structure and create a high performance culture
- Training of sales staff and channel partners
- Build and sustain a high-caliber team with a winning edge and monitor their performance.
The Successful Candidate - Mandatory - MBA from a premier B-school (e.g. IIM, XLRI, FMS, MDI, XIMB, Symbiosis etc in India) :
- 2004 - 2006 Batch ONLY
- 8 - 10 years of experience, preferably in fast paced dynamic industries like Internet and other Ecommerce relevant environments.
- Strong analytical bent of mind supported by able people management skills and planning capabilities.
