About our Client: Our client is a US based Multinational and is a leader in the marketing and consulting space. With a global footprint and a very strong presence in India, they are looking for a Lead Mobility Manager for their core business in India.

Job Description : Reporting in a matrix organization to the Regional HR Mobility Head of the organization, you will manage the following responsibilities in an individual contributor role with high access to shared resources:

- Execute all global process related activities for organization employees during all phases of the assignment life-cycle

- Manage a team to collect, report, and provide necessary compliance data to the business leadership and key stakeholders

- Report and escalate compliance issues

- Manage day-to day vendor relationships and performance

- Model and foster a team passion for delivering strong results to our clients and holds team accountable for delivering on commitments

The Successful Candidate:

- You must have at least 10 years of work experience with strong experience of working in the field of global mobility, with 4+ years in a leadership role.

- Exposure to effectively support the movement of people which relies on data, technology and compliance is critical to your selection.

- Exposure to working closely with regional stakeholders in a matrix organization is essential for this role.

- This role is both an operational as well as an autonomous HR strategy leading role and a combination of experience will be required for your selection in this profile
