- Primarily responsible for Digitization of sales and marketing process & for digital media.

- Across IHB and influencer segments and institutional clients.

- Improving Customer Shopping Experience

- Identifying root causes for low ratings

- Mitigate the gaps to improve customer experience

- Maintain the customer shopping experience ratings 4-5
