Lead - Mergers & Acquisitions in foundry-based manufacturing businesses based in India and UK.

4. 6-7 years' experience, someone who is smart & can represent the company.

5. Candidates from PE/ Investment banking or large corporate (M&A department).

- We seek to strengthen the leadership team of the Metallurgy Division with a new position of Lead - Mergers and Acquisitions. This position will report to the President - Global Metallurgy Businesses.

- The incumbent will be responsible for researching the market and presenting findings and suggestions for merger and acquisition prospects for the business.

- The incumbent will play an analytical role where they are tasked with the formulation of financial reports based on shared private and public information, inclusive of the prospective business's company revenue, staff resources assessments, and general due diligence. Incumbent will initiate the tracking of key metrics and ensures that the data gathered is accurate and current after which they create reports for top management for consideration.

General background: The ideal candidate is a MBA finance with a minimum of 8-10 years experience in investment banking either on the buy or sell side. The candidate should have experience of mergers and acquisitions in industrial engineering, aerospace, or the oil & gas industry. Should have in-depth knowledge of the sector and market landscape.
