Lead - Merger & Acquisitions - Consulting Firm

The candidate will join the M&A and Investments team, which is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and integrating direct-to-consumer (D2C) and consumer brands in India. The role will involve working on various aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and advisory.

Ideal Candidate :

- Holds CA or CA+MBA credentials.

- Has 2-4 years of experience in consulting firms, with a focus on due diligence and advisory.

- Candidates with M&A exposure in investment banking or corporate development, following their fdd/diligence experience, will be preferred.

- Previous experience in D2C, retail, or e-commerce is desirable.

- Possesses strong interpersonal and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and portfolio companies.

- Exhibits excellent analytical reasoning and critical thinking abilities.

- Proficient in basic software such as Excel and PowerPoint.
