Objective:
- Spearheading diversification through mergers and acquisitions in emerging and current industries at a global scale.
- Identifying, Initiating and driving successful M&A to support the profitable expansion of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the acquisition or consolidation of companies from inception to the final merger.
- Review corporate development opportunities and execute the inorganic growth strategy.
- Should perform comprehensive research & identify the target companies in the Automotive, Robotics, components, and Renewable industries but not limited to it.
- Will be responsible for identifying the companies in different specialty spaces aligned with the company's business lines/ verticals- Automotive, components, robotics, Renewable energy, etc but not limited to it.
- Responsible for dealing with the Investment Bankers & Intermediaries
- Will discuss & strategize the process with the Internal stakeholders & accordingly, initiate the discussions with the various identified organizations.
- Will be responsible for leading the negotiations in the M&A process.
- Working closely with Due Diligence & advisory team
- Will work on the Global M&A activities.
Specification:
- 17-20 years experience including a minimum of 10 yrs core hands-on experience in M&A
- Part of 2-3 cycles or successful M&A
- Engineering & Post Graduation from Top college
- M& A experience working on both Industry & consulting firm side (Ideally Big 4)
- Worked in Industries - Electrical, Civil, Electronic, EV, Auto Components, Aerospace, Renewables
- Ideally average span of at least 5 years in an organisation
