Responsibilities:
- On-boarding the merchant, make sure product is live with in the required TAT
- Design processes and checkpoints for end to end delivery of SAAS products to merchants
- Deliver excellent experience to merchants while on-boarding
- Hire, mentor and lead a team of 20+ people and define / monitor their KPIs
- Meet merchants regularly, understand their issues, take feedback
- Work with Product team to continously improve the product based on merchant feedback
Skills required:
- 3-7 years of experience in Product operations ideally in a SAAS based organization working with merchants or vendors
- Ability to understand the product from a technical perspective and should be able to translate feedback into technical requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience with direct involvement with clients (Sales/Account Management/Merchant On-boarding)
- Team handling experience is MUST
- Candidates with exposure to Process excellence may apply
- Excellent communication skills
Education:
Graduation/Post Graduation from a reputed institute
Posted graduation is highly preferable

- you have 7+ years of experience and less than 3 years
- you have never handled a team
- you have experience in Logistics related ops or people in to 3PL
- you have average communication skills
- you have never been in a client facing role
- you have been only in sales and have no experience in Product operations or onboarding
Salary: Max 22 LPA
