1. Plan and execute merchandising strategies that balance customers' expectations and the company's objectives
2. Periodically evaluate and update store layout and planogram schedule
3. Understand the store requirements to provide them with right merchandise
4. Align with brand merchandisers to assure product alignment and segmentation between all direct to consumer channels
5. Constantly evaluate pricing and product inventory flow across retail channels to achieve sales, inventory, and margin targets. Closely partner with manager to proactively identify opportunities & risks in the business. Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales
6. Ensure that availability is maintained throughout the product's life and that re-buys and cancellations are actioned in a timely manner
7. Analyse sales figures, product performance, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock
8. Execute monthly forecasting and buy plans for retail channels to ensure supply meets the demand
9. Driving profitable sales of the category by ensuring visibility, traction, and a positive customer experience
10. Extract and analyse data to interpret customer purchase behaviour and share insights with respective business teams
11. Plan & Execute merchandising / marketing promotion plans by working with the vendors
12. Own the ideation execution of Category Sale Days and Big events promotion marketing plan
