Job Role :
Devising long term strategy and planning for all facets of marketing and enabling efficient implementation for positive results. This person will be responsible for marketing and program management of all large and smaller events for the organization. Long term planning and development of strategy for the Events program.
- End-to-end execution of marketing campaigns to help the business leverage multiple channels like Search, Social & Display to achieve the best results from their digital media spends.
- Developing and executing new ideas for driving engagement goals.
- Liaising with senior internal stakeholders to develop timely inputs, set-up processes across other functions of the organization to maintain a high bar on quality execution.
- Compile, analyse, and present performance metrics and enlighten potential opportunities for program growth
- Coordinate various web and digital projects across departments in the organization.

Required Qualification :
- MBA in (preferably with specialization in Marketing)
- 8+ years of marketing/program management experience, handling marketing - digital and traditional media, promotions or loyalty programs, ideally for a business of significant scale.
- Experience of managing B2B marketing
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and strong attention to detail.
- Strong data-driven decision making skills, with demonstrated ability to dive deep into customer data and translate insights into opportunities.
- Ability to think and influence both quantitatively and qualitatively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to articulate ideas and persuade stakeholders.
