Purpose of the Job: The marketing team leader has to play a vital role in long-term plan for achieving a company's goals by understanding the needs of customers and creating a distinct and sustainable competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities:- Plans and drives all product promotions strategy of the company & develops a team that fosters innovation and creativity.
- Works collaboratively across departments to ensure the implementation of integrated strategies
- Provides leadership for the team to come up with new marketing strategies (digital or offline) that are aligned with the business goals.
- Track and measure marketing outcomes including marketing activities, response, leads, sales, retention, and ROI
- Develop business cases to support new marketing strategies, budget requests, projects, and marketing plans.
- Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction and works closely with product teams to drive the near and long term product roadmap.
- Builds the strategy and drives the execution of product launches and partnerships, including pricing, packaging, and positioning
- Provides support in the execution of effective lead generation programs via new businesses and customer-focused field-marketing events, trade shows, PR, webcasts, and online advertising
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must be a part to steel industry for product line of wire rod/Angle/ billets/ TMT Bar/ Re-bar/ sheet Metal/Shafts.
- Should have previous working experience as a Marketing Strategist for at least 10 Years
- B.Tech/B.E with MBA in Marketing (Fulltime)
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Creative thinker with data-driven analytical aptitude
