Opportunity:
As a Marketing Operations Lead at Hiver, you will be at the core of our marketing technology and data infrastructure, driving efficiency and scalability. You will integrate and optimize our tech stack, manage CRM operations, and leverage automation, analytics, and API integrations to scale marketing performance. You will drive efficiency by optimizing Martech, automating workflows, and leveraging data-driven insights to scale our marketing efforts.
What you'll be working on?
- Manage and optimize tech stack integrations to ensure smooth coordination across tools like HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, Web analytics platforms, and others.
- Administer HubSpot CRM, including process management, automation, and data hygiene to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of key marketing metrics across the website and integrated tools.
- Implement CRM automation and data enrichment processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing and sales processes.
- Oversee database management, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data protection regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Develop and refine lead scoring models to enhance lead qualification and prioritization.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and execute automated workflows and data-driven processes.
- Work with marketing teams to refine customer segmentation frameworks for acquisition, engagement, and retention.
What are we looking for?
- 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, CRM management, and data operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience in tech stack management, negotiation and contracts.
- Proven expertise in HubSpot, Apollo / ZoomInfo, Google Tag Manager, Web Analytics, and API Integrations.
- Strong project management skills to coordinate cross-functional marketing operations.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams to align technology and strategy.
- Experience in marketing automation tools, workflow creation, and database management.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Good to have: Experience with BI tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for advanced marketing analytics and reporting.
