KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
VIDEO MARKETING :
- Spearhead a team of marketing specialists to deliver and run the video marketing engine for the company.
- Build a robust video marketing strategy for the company from video production, hosting, marketing to video capabilities both on and off us ecosystems.
- Create innovative video campaigns for digital and offline to drive customer engagement and business.
- Build capabilities engine around video to drive business.
- Nurture & build a partner ecosystem and work with them to deliver the video objectives for the company.
- Drive the video amplification channels with innovative and creative approach.
- Research, benchmark and reference video marketing practices around the world to adapt and implement in the company.
- Drive data and trend analysis to build a logical video hosting, production and recommendation engine.
- Analyze data across video campaigns to determine best practices and implement the same.
- Build an organic video marketing practice.
- Lead to build an extensive video production engine for the company.
- Should have sound knowledge of various video formats, production styles, pre- and post- production editing tools and software.
- Design and create innovative videos to drive customer engagement and business.
- Ideate, plan and create best-in-class video content for digital marketing campaigns.
- Should have worked on video film creation and have sound knowledge of the process and aesthetics.
- Strong knowledge of scripting aesthetics, conversations and building stories via videos.
- Build and nurture a strong partner ecosystem to deliver on the objectives.
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT :
- Work with leadership teams across functions to understand the objectives, use cases & implement the initiatives.
- Nurture and develop a wide range of partner ecosystem to deliver the objectives.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple teams.
PLANNING, BUDGETING AND MONITORING:
- Plan and implement the annual operating plan for the video marketing vertical.
- Budget the digital marketing spends for the year, monitor and periodically re-appropriate.
- Plan and monitor budgets for partner ecosystems.
- Identify cost control opportunities and plan organic marketing activities to deliver efficiencies.
TEAM DEVELOPMENT :
- Lead, develop and groom team members to professional heights, playing a key role in their career development.
- Work closely with them to guide and enhance their work, improve their video marketing and production deliveries and become a well-rounded video marketer.
- Create opportunities for them to push above their weight and do great work.
- Clearly establish individual performance expectations and evaluation metrics, and regularly review individual performances.
- Effectively engage team and provide guidance/support for their professional development by nominating them for relevant learning courses, sharing insights on digital & video marketing and exploring newer capabilities.
- Align them to the company's culture.
- Guide them on developing their inter-personal and stakeholder management skills.
