Job Description:
- Create strategies for the marketing teams, including digital, communications, advertising, and creative.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly budget plans for the marketing department.
- Monitor and evaluate ROI to ensure marketing initiatives have a beneficial financial effect.
- Improve long-term customer value (CLTV) and implement measures to raise overall profitability.
- Track and enhance website visitor conversion rates to achieve targeted goals and assess marketing initiatives' success.
- Oversee the implementation of plans to improve user experience, engagement, and website traffic using data to focus on online marketing activities.
- Focus on lead generation initiatives to ensure leads align with company objectives in terms of number and quality.
- Carry out brand awareness initiatives and track brand recognition using social media, surveys, and other tools to evaluate effectiveness.
- Maintain a social media presence, monitoring key indicators such as reach, engagement rates, and followers.
- Set team goals, monitor, and report on them.
- Design, position, and manage branding efforts.
- Seek new opportunities to reach new markets and expand market presence.
- Monitor competition, including price changes, acquisitions, and new products and their features.
- Coordinate all marketing and sales initiatives to increase the organization's brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership skills to command and lead the entire department.
- Demonstrated success within B2B/B2C marketing.
- Master's degree in Marketing/Communications from a top-tier business school.
- Strong understanding of Excel and analytics along with data mining.
- Outstanding communication skills to provide direction and feedback for creative and analytical components of the Marketing department
