Job Description :
- Lead marketing efforts and provide thought leadership to the Executive Committee
- Articulate the brand, communication and marketing strategy and bring it to life
- Build deep consumer understanding (e.g., cohorts, subscriber base, user behaviour)
- Work closely with categories to align and execute on business goals across categories and products (Customer acquisition, Subscriber acquisition, Net revenue, CAC)
- Identify relevant marketing channels and marketing mix
- Lead budget allocation and planning of marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and sales growth
- Develop media strategy to drive awareness, trial, and adoption of our products
- Strengthen Nua's brand presence (e.g., social media, influencer marketing campaigns, brand awareness campaigns)
- Build and manage the marketing team (e.g., hiring, goal setting, performance management)
- Oversee measurement and reporting of the performance of marketing campaigns and monitor progress against goals (return on investment and performance metrics)
Ideal Candidate :
- 7-8 years of experience in sales and marketing roles with a proven track record of helping scale up marketing in a start-up environment (or) working in leading FMCG and e-commerce companies
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Brand / Product / Category roles with strong consumer marketing fundamentals
- Experience in leading and building a team
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration
