Marketing Lead
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire marketing department, set strategic goals, and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Develop a strong vision & mission for our core business initiatives in sync with the marketing and sales efforts that communicates the character, ideals, and mission of the organization to a wide range of patrons, consumers, employees, and other stakeholders
- Establish and maintain company-wide standards for written and graphic communications in printed, verbal or electronic forms
- Determining the KPIs and the KRAs of the marketing department
- Responsible for budgeting, team management, and reporting to senior management
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
- Leading the marketing research department to conduct regular research on key metrics and find insights to increase customer outreach
- Design, plan and implement marketing campaigns and decide the choice of the campaigns
- Build strong relationships with strategic partners to improve and complement the functioning company.
