- Build, motivate and develop a team of high performing brand and digital marketing specialists
- Lead the brand and communications strategy in line with the brand ethos and purpose. Own clear differentiator by walking-the-talk on Brands Purpose while maintaining a consistent brand voice and personality
- Build brand awareness, salience and affinity to fuel customer growth and engagement
- Define and execute the digital marketing strategy. Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of social media and influencer marketing initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, new customer acquisition and revenue for the brand
- Accelerate exploration and cross-sell by engaging consumers in a powerful community program
- Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies for the brand in liaison with category heads and PR agency
- Responsible for end-to-end execution of brand campaigns from agency briefs to creative development, media planning, campaign execution and measurement
- Spearhead all brand research and tracking studies partnering with external agencies
- Create and own goals and performance metrics for campaigns
- Bring big out of the box ideas to the table, obtain buy-in and effectively and efficiently implement ideas at scale
- Budget ownership- track, forecast and drive efficiency
- Work effectively in a deadline-driven, dynamic work environment
- Have proven track of Brand Building within D2C/ Personal Care segment
- Experience in managing and leading teams to deliver on objectives
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills as well as attention to detail
- A-Can-Do-Attitude with Leadership ability
- Pro-active, entrepreneurial individual with a constant drive for results
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in building brands, content, social media and community marketing
