Marketing Lead

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 4.0 - 5.0 Years

Must-Have:

Working in a product firm ( Fintech preferred)

Experience in social media marketing, email mark, advertising

Responsibilities:

- Identification and positioning of the company amongst target audience through marketing plans for both B2C and B2B2C business verticals

- Execute marketing plans from start to end while collaborating with other stakeholders in the company

- Create and execute multi-channel campaigns including both online as well as offline channels for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention

- Creatively think of new strategies and experiment with the latest techniques and methodologies in digital marketing

- Budgeting and monitoring ROIs of various campaigns running across channels

- Should be able to create and lead a team of marketing managers and guide them for the proper execution of marketing objectives of the company

- Should be able to collect, analyze and present data through marketing campaigns and report with insights it to senior management
