Job Title: Marketing Lead

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary: As a Marketing Lead, you will be responsible in driving our marketing strategies, to drive brand awareness, generate leads, write content and support sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development

- Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to enterprise B2B audiences, focusing on brand positioning, market penetration, and lead generation.

2. Lead Generation and Campaign management

- Drive lead generation efforts through targeted media campaigns, Email marketing, Events , Webinars , ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads to the sales team.

- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and event marketing - Create and implement focused email marketing initiatives aimed at generating leads

3. Content Creation

- Write copy for owned and paid content (articles, whitepapers, case studies, collateral, landing page copy, ad copy, emails, video scripts and any marketing collateral) and work with marketing agency / designer to publish and promote it.

- Optimize content for SEO to improve discoverability and ranking

4. Analytics and Reporting

- Analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to make informed decisions and optimize strategies.

5. Budget Management

- Manage a significant advertising budget, allocating resources wisely to achieve the best outcomes across the various campaigns.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

7. Innovation and Trends

- Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts. Test and implement new strategies that can benefit the company.

Qualifications:

- Degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- 3-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably for MSMEs in fintech space

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and content that resonates with target audiences.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
