About our Client : Our client is a global electronics giant recognized among the most valuable brands world over in their domain of business. They have aggressive growth plans for India and the region, which will be driven by strong Marketing initiatives and want to become market leaders within the portfolio they cater to. They are looking for a Marketing Lead to lead all marketing initiatives in India.

Job Description: Reporting to the India Head, the key accountabilities will be:

- Head the entire online and digital marketing function

- Focus on customer segmentation and targeting

- Own brand Management

- Manage mobile and web marketing

- Strategize and implement blogger outreach programs

- Build and manage the online community by crafting and running effective online campaigns

- Ensure effective online reputation management

- Develop strategic and tactical marketing plans

- Develop brand platform and positioning

- Lead market research; develop in-depth understanding of company customers

- Formulate, evaluate and negotiate strong marketing partnerships

- Work closely with the Product Development team and act as voice of the consumer across company

The Successful Candidate:

- 10+ years of experience in brand building in the digital industry.

- Some experience in B2C marketing, Product management and start-ups will be a big advantage.

- World-class creative writing skills (long-form and short-form portfolio required) and extremely creative and witty demonstrable via own blog.

- The candidate must be confident and a capable professional with strong aesthetic sense and ability bring hands on and strategic expertise.

- Strong sense of being proactive and an outgoing, likeable, presentable, humble and naturally capable of easily interacting with others profile will be preferred.
