Marketing Lead - Electronics/FMCD (12+ years)

Job Description - This is a department head role in marketing for a leading electronics company (MNC). This person needs to be hands on across 360 degree marketing including digital. B2B and B2C experience preferred.

Client Details :

Our client is an international major that is growing from strength to strength in the electronics space in India and with innovative strategies around sales and marketing, they have been one of the biggest names in the Indian and global markets. They are looking for a Marketing Lead who'd oversee the marketing prospects for the business in B2C as well as B2B and build on the right kind of strategies to align the organisation's next steps in the growth curve in India.

Description :

The incumbent would report into the MD of the organisation and be responsible to :

- Develop a 360 degree promotion strategy for the product portfolio for the B2C and B2B space

- Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels; deal with agencies to get strategies developed across 360 degree marketing - ATL, BTL and Digital


- Advertise the company and products/services on various media


- Lead a team of 5-6 marketing experts and develop the plan of action for the quarter and the year


- Plan interviews and press conferences


- Produce marketing copy for the website and online channels


- Track ROI for marketing campaigns


- Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics


- Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients' queries

- Network with industry experts and potential clients to drive brand awareness


- Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams


- Work with the international headquarters to align the India marketing plan with the international strategy

Profile :

The successful candidate :

- Should be an MBA with 12+ years of experience and brand management across B2C and B2B

- Should have hands on experience in digital marketing as a part of the overall experience


- Should be a go-getter and have a sound understanding of a P&L


- Should have an experience in managing people or a team
