In their first venture to set up a Hei play school in Gurugram, India they are investing in strategic leader to join the team as Marketing Lead of School and be part of this unique journey leading to change the way Early School Education is currently addressed in India.
Hei school Gurgaon is looking for a creative and a strategic Marketing individual for the first of its kind of Play school in India. A passionate and innovative person with the drive to establish the brand and offerings in India paving way for more schools to join in the journey.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Description:
- As a Marketing Lead, you will play a crucial role in building of the brand in Gurugram, India by developing a comprehensive marketing strategy, identifying segmented Target Groups and customer personas.
- You will be accountable to devise a marketing roadmap, implementation to drive marketing interventions, develop promotion related collaterals and drive conversions to achieve key business metrics.
- You will develop in-house capabilities in Digital Marketing, focus on content marketing supplemented with product marketing. You will fine tune the use of latest marketing technology/ lead integration to optimize efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Work in strong collaboration with the School leadership and management for various offline, online marketing strategies for the School for the following :
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and brand book to promote the play school's programs and activities
- Create engaging content for online and offline platforms to attract parents and showcase the school's unique offerings.
- Manage social media accounts, including regular posts, interactions, and campaigns to enhance brand visibility in collaboration with the existing resources or engaging with the right resources.
- Collaborate with local businesses, communities, and organizations to build partnerships and increase the school's presence.
- Organize and coordinate events, open houses, and promotional activities to attract potential students and parents.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Prepare marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and newsletters, ensuring a consistent and appealing brand image.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing efforts, adjusting strategies for optimal results.
- Work closely with admissions teams to align marketing efforts with enrollment goals.
- Maintain a positive and professional brand image on the marketing platforms
- Ensure Brand guidelines and protocols are reflected and followed for all marketing engagements
Requirements:
- Master's degree / Bachelors in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with the local community in Gurugram is a plus.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events.
- Preferred experience level 3 to 5 yrs
