Key Responsibilities:

- Generate creative, on-brand content that resonates with our target audience and adheres to our tone of voice.
- Monitor and engage with key social media trends, ensuring our content remains relevant and impactful.
- Develop compelling copy for social media posts, ensuring excellence in grammar, storytelling, and attention to detail.
- Analyze and report on content performance, providing insights that help inform future content strategies.
- Maintain quality control by reviewing content against brand guidelines before publication.
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proactively engage with stakeholders at various levels to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- A creator mindset with experience generating content from ideation to execution.
- 5+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or a related field.
- A solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and audience engagement tactics.
