Overall Responsibility

- Prepare strategy for offline marketing for the company.

- Craft the entire architecture and strategy for brand EFL plan the communication campaign and overall marketing for the company. This also includes creating and supporting EFL as an employer brand.

- Drive all internal communication initiatives for the organization.

- Manage the entire manufacturing vertical micromarketing including strategy. creation, planning the marketing campaign for the year and implementing the same.

- Manage the entire retail business micromarketing including strategy creation, conceptualizing the marketing plan for the year and implementation of the same.

- Own the digital marketing channel with focus on lead gen as well all social media and SEO related activities with a sharp focus on number based outcomes.

- Manage the PR outreach of the company.

- In coordination with Head-Marketing, design a marketing org structure which can take EFL on the path to a public listing.

- Coordinate with agencies like ad agencies, event management companies, other vendors.

- Vendor selection and management.

- Provide internal support for all functions for marketing.

- Prepare and get approvals for marketing budgets.
