Job Description :
- Framing Integrated (360) Communication strategies and ensuring effective operational implementation to enhance greater brand imagery and awareness for the brand and its strategic business units
- Interface with company top management/BU Heads to strategise and plan brand communication interventions/calendar throughout the year.
- Complete Understanding of Brand strategy based on the brand framework - Brand Positioning and Brand Planning
- Brand Positioning frameworks
- Brand Architecture frameworks
- Understanding of Archetypes, Brand Prism, Semiotics, etc
- Responsible for crafting, implementing and measuring comprehensive marketing communication solutions using traditional and new-age mediums (digital & Social ) for enhance the brand's image and scores basis predefined metrics
- Ability to craft the business requirements by Briefing and to build on the campaign Objective with the Agency.
- Complete understanding of A&P budgeting and coordinating with cross-functional teams to plan and manage A&P investments (ATL&BTL).
- Keeping track of monthly investments based on the approved budgets for the campaign and directing teams operationally.
- Managing relationships with Advertising, Digital Marketing and Media agencies to accomplish brand marketing communication plans effectively within the budgets and timelines.
- Review partners/agencies on regular basis by setting KPIs and SLAs measurements
- Coordinating with Commercial and Finance for vendor/agency/billings and payments. Sound understanding of Autioning Processes and Negotiations.
- Monitors regular investments and reports to HOD.
- Media Planning & Buying.
- Commission pre-post campaign efficacy studies to evaluate, adjust and redirect campaigns /communications as necessary/appropriate
