Key Responsibilities :
The individual needs to manage the end-to-end process of lead management. The individual will be the custodian of the Marketing monies that are spent
Program Management
1) Identify the customer cuts (on installed base) and optimize the campaigns working closely with the Call centre/CRM team to ensure high quality leads and conversions (upgrades and cross-sell)
2) Lead and manage the complete Referral program (on installed base) to drive conversions and revenue
3) Lead and manage the end-to-end digital leads, manage the costs and revenue from leads
4) Driving CRM, SMS/WA, Digital campaigns centrally to reach out to the above set of customers
5) Liaising with stakeholders across CRM, BPO, external service providers and front-end team for end-to-end implementation of these campaigns
6) Partner with above stakeholders to ensure a seamless & holistic consumer experience
Collateral Management
1) Ensuring Collaterals are provided on time as per requirement/policy: CRC + Partners
2) Maintaining Collateral Portal
3) Welcome Kit Management (new partners) - Procurement, Changes as per requirement, maintaining stock, dispatch on time
4) Collaterals for R&R for Direct business
Branding
1) Ensure Zonal Activations Leads align Vendors for Branding at CRCs/Partners Leads Festive & Seasonal Campaigns
1) Onam/Durga Puja/Diwali/Pongal/Christmas/Monsoon/Air Purifier: Ensuring campaign is aligned with Business for execution by them
Consumer Finance
1) Sharing monthly scheme sheets with NBFCs
2) Coordinating with NBFCs for mapping of Direct Sales ECs/SCs/Partners for
Consumer Finance Data Analytics
1) Measuring effectiveness of Activities executed/campaigns run and recommending improvements to Business
2) Creating and maintaining a monthly tracker of planned spends vs actuals
Reviews & Coordination
1) Tweaking inputs to Customer loyalty program basis performance vs revenue potential
2) Ensuring Zonal Activations Lead coordinates with Zonal Head/Cluster Head for Activity proposal, and execution of the same
3) Coordination with Zonal Activations team and frontline leaders for Activity execution
4) Organizing weekly review of the team, capturing MOM, tracking plan vs status of actions
5) Coordination with Brand Team for requirement of creatives
