Who we are looking for :
- Prior experience in marketing automation or digital marketing for a high-growth B2B technology business.
- Hands-on experience in setting up automated campaigns using platforms like Hubspot, Salesforce, and similar marketing automation tools
- Expertise in implementing web tracking technologies such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Snowflake, etc.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders
- Ability to pivot quickly and make fast decisions based on changing needs in a high-growth environment
- Strategic mindset to help the business achieve long-term customer acquisition and retention goals
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects
- Knowledge of GDPR, PECR, and other relevant privacy regulations.
Key responsibilities :
- Develop and execute marketing automation campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product updates, and promotional emails.
- Collaborate with the content marketing team to create landing pages and forms to capture lead information.
- Build and maintain marketing automation workflows and lead scoring models to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and adjust tactics to improve results.
- Manage and maintain the marketing automation platform and CRM integration to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Work with the sales team to ensure that lead data is accurate, complete, and delivered in a timely manner.
- Support the marketing team in other initiatives, including event promotion, social media marketing, and digital advertising.
