Roles and Responsibilities :
Provide solutions & manage the implementations of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Social Studio & Datorama (all together referred to as SFMC) platform to support all BU's. You will act as the key stakeholder, gather requirements, provide project updates & use the latest SFMC tools.
You will be responsible for :
1. Own & update the SFMC implementation blueprint
2. Drive business requirements & coordinate development work with relevant teams
3. Maintenance & development of Salesforce Marketing Cloud data feed with the help of the data team
4. Build & execute campaigns on all product services
5. Managing the account & keeping the team informed with updates & product feature releases
6. Optimize automation
7. Support our development/product with API integration
8. Provide training on Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Desired Candidate Profile :1. Min. 3-5 years in SFMC
2. Deep understanding of SFMC concepts & practices.
3. Excellent Knowledge of Sales/Service/Marketing/Commerce cloud & other areas in Salesforce like CPQ/Pardot/Einstein/Datorama.
4. Demonstrated experience in planning for resource intake & grooming internal talent based on the business pipeline.
5. Working knowledge of project management methodologies & documentation
6. Strong Marketing Automation & CRM experience required.
7. Extensive experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Suites; the core suites being email, automation, mobile, ad
8. An ability to think strategically & develop a real understanding of stakeholder needs
9. Demonstrated ability to support coordination of projects across functional teams
10. SQL, AMP script knowledge. API experience
11. It will be a bonus if you have knowledge of Social Studio/Datorama
