About the role
Objective of the role:
We are looking for an experienced marketing automation specialist with a track-record of growth hacking with inbound and programmatic engagement for B2B audiences. The ideal candidate will develop breakthrough campaigns to nurture progressive engagement for digital audiences working closely with business marketing teams and automation specialists. This role will involve solution design, governance, campaign planning and development of effective e-mail marketing strategies for customer acquisition and demand generation.
Responsibilities :
In this role you will be responsible for implementing the roadmap to grow our digital pipeline. Your experience will be leveraged to build segments, establish governance for responsive communication, and continuously optimise digital engagements.
- Audience planning and segmentation
- Inbound and outbound workflow planning
- Multi-step nurtures customised by e-mail and web behavioural tokens
- Collaborate on channel communications design and content with A/B testing
- Evaluate audience growth and engagement strategies
- Social Media scheduling, publishing, and reporting
- Demonstrate success and ROI with analytical reporting forming critical metrics to achieve results
Sounds like you? To apply you need to be:
Experience:
- 3 - 5 years' experience planning nurture campaigns and automation programs with large data sets
- Demonstrable experience with Eloqua, Marketo/ Hubspot strongly preferred
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills, i.e., a team player
- Strong understanding of e-mail marketing, responsive design, and emerging inbound tactics
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Working knowledge of the integrated MarTech ecosystem is a huge plus. This includes HTML/CSS, Data enrichment, CRM, CDP, CMS and ABM.
