We are looking for a Lead -Marketing and Corporate Communications

- You come in at a time where we are at an inflection point in our transformation journey - our focus on Marketing and Communications is taking center-stage and is absolutely key for the growth of our business.

- Your work will help us increase brand awareness, acquire new customers, engage current customers and improve brand perception and likeability and thus impact business metrics directly.

- As a Head of Marketing and Corp Communication, you will be part of the leadership team and will be reporting directly to the Chairperson and Managing Director of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement and monitor brand and marketing strategy and plans, product concepts and promotional programmes for the group as a whole and for each business vertical to drive interest and sales

- Responsible for all aspects of internal and external corporate communications

- Generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire organization, using ATL and BTL activities across online and offline channels

- Consistently identifying new or expanded revenue opportunities and strategizing the implementation of plans.

- Overseeing the corporate website, Seo, email marketing, performance and social media marketing, affiliate marketing, content strategy, public relations, advertising, events and creative design

- Work with vendors, agencies and other stakeholders involved in brand marketing, end to end, to ensure smooth execution of planned marketing campaigns

- Manage a team of marketing professionals: digital team, brand managers, design, social media, content writers, PR, and executives, to ensure all marketing campaigns are in alignment with the core brand message

- Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on all marketing activities, results, and Return on Investment (ROI).

Does this sound like you?

- Proven 10+ years of Marketing experience (a track record of delivery and rising through the ranks), ideally in the financial services / fintech industry showing increasing responsibility and rapid career progression

- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead in a constantly evolving environment

- Has built, led and developed marketing teams to be fit-for-purpose

- Proven ability to design and coordinate marketing campaigns across traditional and modern channels

- Experienced marketer with a sales and ROI - driven mindset.
