Job Description :


- Leading Marketing Analytics, Insights & BI - Global Agri Firm, you will be based in Hyderabad but will handle the entire APAC region. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between, Marketing, Commercial Effectiveness, Sales and IT, using data analytics to assess processes, determine business insights and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.

Description :

Reporting into the APAC Sales Effectiveness Lead, you would work as an individual contributor and some of your key responsibilities shall be to :

- Engage with business leaders and users to provide insights to define growth opportunities

- Identify and explain how data-driven changes to process, products, services, software and hardware can improve efficiency and add value


- Involved in Data Arrangement and Mining, data sorting required as per business key questions, formatting and arrangement


- Expertise in retail analytics - Retail Profile, Retail Wallet Share, Retail Prioritisation/Selection and Retail Promotion (Co Promotion, Product Recommendation, Campaigns ROI, Plan Vs Achievement)


- Strong Expertise in visualisation in Digital tools such as Power BI or Tableau - Understanding User Needs & Recommending Simplification & Relevance in Tool Visualisation


- Good Knowledge in sales and marketing analysis involving Demand Generation & Sales Liquidation, Channel Analytics, Demand, Supply & Margins and Product Segment Opportunity Vs Retail


- Providing APAC level consolidation on using Visualisation, Providing answers to Business Questions, Build User Case Studies, Identify Promos & Campaigns and Develop User Manuals specific to Success Stories


- Recommending Key Geographies/Segments for Retail Promo/Campaign, Key Products for Promo/Campaigns Key Products for Co-Promotion, Key Retailers for Specific Promo/Campaign Objectives, Possibility to Increase Campaign ROI


Profile :

- To be successful as Manager/Senior Manager - Customer Insights and Marketing Analytics you should

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Science, Economics or other related areas. Open to considering MBA's as well

- Have Experience of 8+ Years of Business Analytics in Asian Retail Business, Multinational Company and Regional and/or APAC Scope


- Extensive experience within the consumer analytics & insights domain, preferably in a FMCG, Retail, Pharma domain


- High proficiency in Power Bi or Tableau is mandatory


- Other essential attributes and competencies include Team Management, Communication, Achievement Orientation, Attention to Detail, Customer Focus, Planning and Organising, Interpersonal Skills
