Lead - Marketing Analytics
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Independently leading and project managing data and analytics oriented projects and developing subject-matter expertise
- Interacting with business stakeholders to understand business problems and also throughout the life of the project (kick-off, interim review, final review, presenting findings to multiple and diverse stakeholders etc)
- Build a reputation with partners as a solutioner, consultant and recommendations-driven person
- Independently conduct and drive (across the team) deep analyses across areas, insight generation and final report making
- Partner with senior leaders across Modeling and Advanced Analytics to help increase effectiveness of Marketing, customer retention/ development efforts and Advertising
- Supervising and quality control, following best practices in project management
- Effectively communicate findings, concerns, ideas, project management elements to multiple stakeholders in an offshore-onshore environment
- Involved in training/ learning efforts for the larger organization (tools, technical and cognitive skills, soft skills if need be)
- Adept at knowledge management
- Competent with managing client relationships
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s and post-graduate qualification from top-tier institutions. M.Sc/ MBA or equivalent qualification with a quantitative/ statistical background preferred.
- 8-10 years of meaningful work experience in developing solutions based on advanced modelling techniques (predictive and causal) and data mining with focus on insight-delivery, consulting and experience of working directly/indirectly with Marketing function of known organizations in service sectors
- Experience in insights and analytics function of clients or third-party KPOs. Specific sector exposure- Financial services, retail, hospitality, telecom, FMCG, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team of high performers
