Responsibilities:
- Work towards maximization of customer conversions and engagement through analysis of past campaigns and improvement of future Marketing Communications to customers.
- Provide Analytics leadership to create and enhance campaign performance, and work with the campaign team to coordinate insight to action, enabling better performance of the overall marketing analytics stack.
- Create POCs of new ideas, scale them into solutions, and able to drive the team with technology thought leadership, automation, and bring in new ideas.
- Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends for diagnosis and prediction.
- Coordinating with Data Engineering, Campaign management, and MarTech teams to ensure detailed analysis of Marketing performance.
- Set up process efficiencies in data analysis, lead and develop a team of data analysts.
Requirements:
- B. Tech / M. Tech / M. Sc. in Quantitative fields
- 8+ years of work experience as a Data Analyst/Scientist. Banking domain knowledge is desirable.
- Proven experience as an analytics Manager or Data Scientist with prior experience leading people, experience in Marketing/Campaign Analytics desirable.
- Hands-on experience in SQL, Python/SAS/R, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of visualization tools is a plus.
- Hands-on knowledge of Statistical/ML methods of Regression, Segmentation, and Decision Trees.
- Methodical and logical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong Communication skills, Organizational abilities, and Stakeholder Management.
