Lead - Marketing
Responsibilities:
- We're looking for a generalist who builds deep understanding of our target audience (product and marketing teams in consumer app companies) and finds the best ways to reach them.
- Events: We're largely confident that events is a channel we can scale at Plotline. You will be responsible for building a playbook and executing events as a channel to scale in the next 1-2 years.
- Offline Events: Organize and execute offline events to enhance brand visibility and community engagement - conferences in the US, dinners and closed door events
- Online events like webinars: Manage end-to-end webinar processes, from concept to execution, ensuring engagement and lead generation.
- Brainstorm and execute new channels for our target market (not limited to):
- Influencers & Partnerships: Develop co-marketing initiatives to expand reach and influence in our target market. Collaborate with industry leaders/influencers to boost brand trust
- Free tools: Create and distribute valuable free tools for lead generation
Get involved in other go-to-market efforts:
- Product Marketing: Product launches, Explainer videos, exploring engineering as marketing, etc
- Community: Build & nurture a close-knit community of potential/existing customers
- Newsletter Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of newsletters, managing subscriber lists effectively
- SEO: Enhance organic search rankings through manual link building and content distribution. Stay ahead by understanding competitive strategies and optimizing our approach-
- Social media: Assist in researching, posting, and engaging on social platforms, and repurpose content to maximize reach and engagement.
- Onboard, manage and closely work with agencies for running different initiatives
