Your primary focus will be on driving the marketing and sales success of these significant projects.
Detailed Responsibilities:
- Pre-Sales Strategy & Execution : Define and implement comprehensive pre-launch and early-stage sales strategies, including lead generation, initial customer engagement, and managing early bird offers.
- Sales & Marketing Plan Development: Create detailed annual and project-specific sales and marketing plans encompassing digital marketing, traditional advertising, events, channel partnerships, and customer relationship management.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze key marketing and sales performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports and recommending data-driven adjustments to strategies and campaigns.
- Targeted Marketing Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage targeted marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring effective messaging and optimal reach to identified customer segments for each project.
