Job Essentials :
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience with Market Research Agency & 2+ years of client side experience is essential
- Strong analytic skills with experience in statistical modeling and analysis- including multivariate and conjoint analysis
- Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS/SAS and time-series analysis tools
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop the understanding and appreciation of market research among the marketing team of each division by translating the marketing objectives into appropriate research tasks
- Help the brand teams in reading the core insights and translate into actionable platforms, as & when brand teams ask for
- Partner with businesses to identify and analyze the market need, market size and competition and conceptualize the areas of research to be covered
- Selecting the most appropriate research methodology and techniques. Designing or assisting in the development of questionnaires and moderator guides to ensure the necessary data is captured. Conducting in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods
- Provide technical support to consumer and market research activities and suggest the team on the type of methods to extract relevant consumer insights
- Identify and build relationship with Market Research agencies to conduct appropriate & relevant research
- Demonstrate resourcefulness in identifying new research studies & methodologies
- Supervise the brief document developed by Business units and ensure that all the key deliverables are part of the research plan, monitor internal team and agency to ensure correct research methodologies, timelines etc
- Provide support to textile division and strategize new business initiatives and work towards brand revitalizing strategy by developing brand guidelines and revamping of packaging
- Act as a competent touch point and resolving issues and ensure the findings of the research to reach the brand teams on time within the budget set for the study
- Help IT and Strategy (Monitor team) to develop central repository for market research studies across all divisions
- Enable translation of research findings to relevant consumer insights and business intelligence reports
- Customize data into trends, patterns, reports, macro and micro plans, proposals through various techniques like customer analysis, risk analysis, product research, marketing mix modeling etc. and present it to the brand and marketing teams
