1) Capture market information in a structured way on a regular basis.
2) Create networks to capture competition info (new plans, launches of competitors) on a regular basis
3) Create & Maintain price indexes/ benchmarks for various micro markets and also specifically for our projects
4) Collect supply-demand details for various micro markets. If required liaise with external agencies, IPCs for customized reports
5) Maintain the information captured in a easily accessible database from which other stake holders can access relevant data
6) Publish reports on a regular basis (on new launches, price trends, supply trends etc)
7) Conduct custom made studies/ reports for internal consumption
