Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional for the role of Marcom and Unified Campaign Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing unified marketing campaigns for all Malls, driving the communication strategy, and overseeing the timely execution of the brand calendar.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Unified Campaign Development:
- Develop and lead the execution of unified marketing campaigns across all Malls, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create impactful, integrated campaigns that drive footfall, enhance brand visibility and impact business.
2. Communication Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy that aligns with the Malls' business objectives and enhances brand perception.
- Ensure that all communication channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media, are effectively utilized and are consistent with the brand manual.
3. Brand Calendar Management:
- Act as the custodian of the brand calendar, ensuring that all marketing activities are aligned with the overall brand strategy and business goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to plan and execute timely go-to-market strategies for various campaigns.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Mall teams, including marketing, operations, and digital, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Work closely with external agencies and partners to enhance campaign creativity and effectiveness.
5. Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the impact of campaigns on brand awareness, footfall, and customer engagement.
6. Public Relations and Media Relations:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
- Coordinate press releases, media events, and interviews to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
2. Minimum of 12 years of experience in marketing, with a significant portion in retail and campaign management.
3. Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
4. Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into effective communication strategies.
5. Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Familiarity with the retail industry and an understanding of consumer behavior.
