Job Purpose :

- Responsible for implementing visual merchandising direction to all Park Avenue stores by building long term VM assets in stores and explore technology that can drive systems faster.

Role : Lead Visual Merchandising

Designation : Manager - Visual Merchandising

Reporting to : Brand Head

Span of Control : 2Direct reportees(Design + Execution) + 3Skip level reportees(Execution)

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :

- Think & propose Consumer Experience improvements

- VM Concepts & innovations

- Windows & in store communication

- Tradeshow: Lead space & display design concepts and execution

- Store VM monitoring & reporting

- Collaborate with Design, Product and operations to create VM Calendar

- Implement, Manage, Monitor, Report the VM Calendar

- VMC Training

- Budget Management and Vendor Development

- Would manage a team of two people for VM Design and Execution.

Scope:

- EBO: 60+

- LFS: 130+

- Cities: 25+

Qualifications & Experience :

- Graduate with Diploma/Degree in VM/Design (preferred)

- 8 - 10 years of VM experience in both Design and Execution.

- Experience with a premium lifestyle category brand is a must.

- Should be good with numbers and help and assist budgeting process
