- Exit management
- RnR execution
- Performance management system
- HR process and policy management
- Culture and change management.
- Design and deliver employee training programs.
- Develop mentoring and coaching sessions for employees.
- Design employee promotion policies.
- Build succession plans.
- Handle the Full and Final process and the exit of employees
- Employee Retention and employee coaching and monitoring
- Handle the T&R for the employees.
- 5 to 10 years experience into Talent Management
- Working exposure with NBFC and BFSI industry
