We are looking for Professionals from Talent Acquisition background for one of our client based in Hyderabad. Our client is an platform-led digital transformation and full cycle product engineering services company headquartered in USA. Following are the details-
Summary:
- This job is responsible for designing and executing the recruitment strategy for professional.
- The role will have responsibility for sourcing, assessment and selection strategies and implementation. Person should be well versed in end to end recruitment process starting from on boarding till exit formalities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following:
- Other duties may be assigned by the Department Head and / or its representatives.
- Works closely with business leaders to identify talent needs and oversee the identification, assessment and hiring and selection.
- Consults with business unit leaders and human capital partners in developing and integrating diversity and talent goals and strategies into all business planning processes and practices.
- Develops competitive recruitment strategies, execute annual internship programs and participate in new technology venues to attract progressive talent and future leadership pipelines.
- Introduces new and/or improved methodologies for attracting, assessing and selecting the best talent.
- Leverages project management skills to achieve desired goals through organization scorecards/analytics.
- Reviews and adjusts the recruitment process and resources to achieve optimal results. \\
- Evaluates productivity and quality metrics with a continuous improvement mentality.
- Reviews/assesses applicant tracking system and other technology platforms to ensure they meet organizational requirements, making recommendations for any necessary changes.
- Develops and applies scorecard metrics and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of the recruiting efforts and turnover in the organization. Provide the organization with time sensitive performance metrics and seek feedback regarding the effectiveness of the talent acquisition team.
- Employment brand leader driving the development of talent marketing plans to build a broad pool of internal and external talent.
- Utilizes required analytics to continually improve and refine the most successful sourcing tools/strategies/target recruitment environments.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, or HR required, along with 14+ years of progressive recruitment leadership experience with an emphasis on Talent Acquisition, with at least preferably in a fast paced global business services/technology/Product based company. MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge people development, building high performance talent acquisition teams and recruitment outcomes with a track record of success in recruiting product based engineering companies.
- Strong technical and leadership skills in staffing and recruiting management with knowledge of world-class recruitment practices and technologies.
- Proficiency in use of technology platforms, recruiting tools and communication strategies to help lead and organize global teams to deliver high-volume professional/enterprise recruiting solutions.
Competencies:
- Demonstrated success in managing people and projects to deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Experience with workforce planning principles, application and strategies.
- Knowledge of and experience with the latest Talent Acquisition technologies.
