Position: Lead / Manager / Sr.Manager - Talent Acquisition

Exp: 5 to 12 yrs

Location : Mumbai

CTC : 30 to 50 lacs

Work Timings ( 12.00 to 9.00 or 2.00 to 11.00)

Client : An MNC Adtech company (with Offices in US / UK / Dubai / India)

Looking for candidates from Adtech, Internet or Ecommerce Companies.

Hired for Positions (Product & Design) like Product Managers / Performance Marketing / Business Analyst / Marketing Analytics & Datascience / Design Roles

Job Description :

- 5 to 12+ years of experience as a TA Manager or similar HR role

- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques

- Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards

- Experience with Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools

- Ability to motivate employees

- A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success

- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

- Team player

- Good time-management skills

- Great interpersonal and communication skills

- Background in human resources, business administration or similar relevant field

- Source and find candidates qualified for open positions

- Actively participate in B-school and graduate campus hiring

- Work extensively on leadership hiring

- Work closely with multiple senior stakeholders

- Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the hiring process.

- Demonstrate exemplary reporting skills

- Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies

- Design, plan and execute employer branding activities

- Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors

- Plan employee referral and other innovative hiring programs

- Source and find candidates qualified for open positions

- Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process

- Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience

- Suggest measures for improving employee retention

- Lead, oversee and supervise members of the recruiting team
