Silver people has been retained by India's fastest growing and top e commerce furniture/home decor co.
To hire senior team members for its new category launch. The co already has recently raised series C funding and is present in 12 cities, planning to expand to 30 cities within short period. It has already 600+ team members including people from top colleges managing various verticals.
Based out of Bangalore, the client is looking for smart team oriented people who can get things done, entrepreneurial in nature, who have passion and drive to do something incredible, from the scratch. You will also be expected to wear multiple hats and manage end to end operations .
Role : Lead Manager - sales
- Develop sales plans to make optimum use of the various channels (for national level) .
- Plan growth in various markets/ distribution channels and vendor management.
- Strengthening and growing relevant channels for sale of the merchandise and appropriate brand experience.
- Ensure sales targets are being met .
- To understand and clearly break up the brand vision into smaller, execution able buckets of business plans and budgets.
- To understand competition, consumer, strategy and chalk out sales plan accordingly.
- Continuously innovate and deliver supply chain strategies to deliver to the business model.
Requirements:
- With 3 - 6 years of experience in sales, preferably an MBA from a Tier I B School
- Looking for candidate from only FMCG Industry and who has strong exposure of Sales.
- Strong communication skills, young, passionate, energetic, result driven.
