We are looking for one of the Lead/Manager-Recruitment specially for Analytics/Advanced Analytics hiring for one of the Top Consulting Firms in Gurgaon.
JD:
In the position of Lead the person will be responsible to drive recruitment for multiple open positions with diverse service lines with core focus on Advanced Analytics recruiting along with conceptualizing/driving various HR best practice initiatives. S/he will be involved in campus hiring as well.
Drive recruiting efforts for multiple teams/Service Lines. Handle multiple and complex open positions across domain along with campus hiring
- Hands on with sourcing through portals and databases
- Liaise with external vendors for candidate sourcing, cultivating preferred recruitment channels such as internal employee referral programs, careers database from website while managing recruiting pipelines
- Coordinate the Firm personnel processes - including recruiting (liaising with department heads, identify and manage candidates and sources, coordinate interviews), compensation fitments, offer generation and recruitment data analysis
- Candidate data management using Firm tools and systems
- Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders - hiring managers & teams, candidates and recruiting colleagues being highly responsive to all.
Knowledge & qualifications required
- Good knowledge of Analytics talent landscape in India (must have)
- Very high interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and process management skills
- Deep and broad experience of recruiting from junior to senior professionals in knowledge based/Analytics industry and exposure to various channels of recruiting
- Hands on with database and social networking site searches
- Should have exposure to campus hiring
- Excellent judgment, maturity and trustworthiness
- Ability to work in teams
- Good understanding and networks in the recruiting industry
Relevant Profile:
6-7 years of work experience in the Human Resource function of a reputed MNC or Indian organization in a service/knowledge/consulting industry, of which at least 5 years- experience must be focused on Analytics talent acquisition only.
