Lead Manager - Product Owner/Business Analyst - Cash Products

Our client, a global financial services firm having their operations in India are seeking an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst to join their team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in Cash Operations, Corporate Cards, or digital currency platforms. The Product Owner will be instrumental in driving innovation and delivering valuable solutions that support the operational processes for cash management products.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Play the role of Agile Product Owner for Cash efficiency program, commercial cards, data, and e-wallet activities.

- Coordinate and develop all new documentation required for system change and delivery.

- Develop and maintain a clear and actionable product roadmap that outlines the product's development journey over time. Continuously refine the roadmap based on feedback and changing market conditions.

- Design, document, and maintain system processes for new and existing solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, product managers, technology teams, and operations staff, to gather detailed requirements for new product features and enhancements related to the process.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Graduate with 8 to 12 years of experience in delivering change initiatives within a Financial Institution.

- Experience/knowledge of Digital Currency platforms and commercial cards handling activities.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
