Description - The role will be part of CoE and work closely with the Head - Rewards on implementation of strategic rewards interventions across units/locations. The role holder will ensure efficient operations and management, job evaluation, and organization structure through effective planning, co-ordination, guidance, reviews and establishing controls to meet deadlines

Description:
1 Lead the end to end management of performance cycles including Annual and Mid-Year Reviews for employees.
2 Implement digital solutions for PMS related process to enable Managers timely decisions and to keep pace with best market practices
3 Managing participation in various Benchmarking Surveys with external vendors
4 Working on Job Analysis and Evaluation process by managing end to end activities.
5 Redesigning. and reviewing information received from units such as Organization structure, change in job descriptions etc.
6 Lead the organization structure design.
7 Recommend and suggest improvisation and standardisation of structure.
- 8 to 10 years of experience
- Working and designing knowledge in Org design, Job evaluation, and Performance management
- Worked on Expat hiring and C&B
