Key Accountabilities :
1. Accountable for developing a culture of learning through different learning initiatives.
2. Prepare, roll out and maintain Training Calendar both annually & monthly.
3. To plan and map training needs identification, conceptualization, design and implementation of customized training initiatives for all employees in coordination with line managers.
4. Drive varied L&D programs in consultation with top and senior management and responsible for execution to appropriate levels in close coordination with HRBPs.
5. Liaising and co-ordination with the senior management and cross functional teams in conceptualization & implementation of L&D related initiatives.
6. Playing a significant role in developing and rolling out developmental HR initiatives aiming to build the people capabilities of the organization in line with its future business strategy and to meet the business challenges.
7. Accountable for organizing trainings based on organizational competencies to enhance people capability.
8. Responsible for devising the L&D strategy for the organization.
9. Accountable to take training feedbacks & derive Training ROI.
10. Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training).
