Looking for a high energetic subject matter expert to manage the L&amp;D function of a fast growing IT services company in Noida. The firm is currently ~2000 people and growing at 20+% yoy. Need a candidate who has mandatory experience and exposure to the full cycle of Learning and Development in a IT Services company. This role has strategic, function design, function set up and delivery responsibilities, hence IT services industry experience is mandatory. - 10+ years of experience in L&amp;D - Familiar with the entire cycle of L&amp;D: requirement analysis, solutioning / program design, evaluation, vendor management, ROI analysis, budget management etc - First-hand familiarity with modern tools: LMS, LXP, Content creation - Ability to strategically partner with Department head, ADM level and identify learning interventions - Understand technology from a learning / training perspective and can build learning interventions on the same - Knows L&amp;D requirements in IT company - technologies, processes, lingo (Agile, Datascience, machine learning, Java, .NET, Hadoop etc) - First-hand knowledge and implementation experience of competency frameworks - Able to manage 2-3 people team - High energy, enthusiastic, learner, combines knowledge with humility and - beginner's mind- This is an opportunity to work in a fast paced growing organization and to actually set up and anchor the efficiency and effectiveness of the L&amp;D function.
