Lead/Manager - ITIL (Application Support Experience Is Must)
ITIL certification would be Desired
- Working experience on different models - Agile, Managed service, Support.
- Work experience of managing 40+ team members (L1 & L2 support).
- Working experience in Incident & release management (Functional role Looking for IT Application Side majorly).
- Problem solving.
- Good written and oral communication.
- Team handling capability of 20 - 40 nos.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
No Night Shift.
